Surfing a secret spot in Chile on the other side of the world
In order to reach the 200-soul village, you will be driven 40 minutes through dirt roads with a 4by4 car. In the village only a small grocery store and two restaurants are available. The soul of the village is a very consistent lefthand point-break and an endless beach where you can lose yourself. The local culture of this small and quiet town consists of people dedicated to the extracion of “Cochayuyo”, fishing, and immigration, mixed with surfing families that in its beginnings kept this place as a “Secret spot” due to its consistent wave; “the Point” a left wave surrounded by a pristine landscape.
Read more about the spot on the WAVE UP BLOG. The blog article is written by your Surfhouse host Eliana.
Surf Camp Chile is in a small paradise. Hidden behind the cliffs you can relax and just go offline. The right place to enjoy. The waves are suitable for beginners to advanced surfers.
